Brunette

The next morning Paige’s alarm went off at 7:00. When her eyes opened, the first thing she saw was that her mother was up already. The next thing she noticed was that she hadn’t slept enough. The third thing she noted was how thoroughly “fucked” she felt after last night’s fun! As she stretched a little under the top sheet, she ran her hands lightly over her thighs with one finger pressing slightly into her pussy; then up under her night shirt, finger-tipping her tummy and ribs along the way until reaching her small tits with the forever hardened nipples!

“God, I think I’m going out of my mind!” The events of the previous night’s fuck fun came flooding back and her pussy began to tingle. “I can’t be horny already after THAT?” She flung the sheet off and sat up on the edge of the bed, “I really don’t have time for this!”

Fortunately she had showered in the kids’ bathroom last night (so as not to wake her mother,) so it didn’t take long to apply makeup and get dressed for work. When she entered the kitchen at 7:35, the three youngest children were sitting at the table eating cereal, and her mother had a cup of coffee.

“Good morning, Paige,” said Trudy, “want some coffee?” Without waiting for an answer, her mom got up to get her one.

“I would love that, thank you! Where’s Olivia, kids?”

“Sleeping,” said Sophie, “She’s always sleeping!”

Paige giggled at the hyperbole but then remembered her own younger years. She looked at her mother, “She’s not even a teenager yet!”

Trudy set the cup down in front of her daughter, “No need to worry, maybe she’s in a growth spurt?”

Paige smiled and took a sip, “Time is moving too fast!”

“Was there any doubt about that? So how was your night out with your friends?”

“A whole lotta fun, Ronnie’s was so crowded! But now that I think about it, when are you ever going to get out and have some fun of your own?”

“Who with?”

Paige considered that; they had lived in Rochester two years, and her mother had never really connected with anyone outside of the family.

“I don’t know, but now that we’re on our feet financially, maybe you want to get out there and find some activities you’re interested in…you know…meet people!”

Her mother smiled, “Tell you what, let’s discuss this more after the house is finished; there’s a lot going on right now.

“Okay, but I’m going to hold you to that!”

Forty minutes later she was walking in the door at Hannigan’s. It was the morning of the McCullers closing, and after greeting Jimmy and exchanging pleasantries, she sat down at her desk and picked up her calendar. Jimmy appeared at her door, “Hey Paige, I forgot to tell you. The notary called fifteen minutes ago and postponed your closing. No snags on our end, something about their schedule. They want to do Thursday instead. That okay?”

“Well that sucks!”

“Yeah, but what can you do? I’ll call them back to confirm for you; you call your clients.”

“Yes, thank you; I’ll call them now.”

The call with Jason wasn’t fun, she could hear the disappointment over the line. But they were free on Thursday, so that got set. Checking her watch, she felt it was a little early to call Ginny Steadman, so she tapped out a reminder to Chad, “Last night, OMG! Don’t forget to contact Virginia Steadman today!” Fifteen seconds later she got a reply, a big emoticon grin and two words, “On it!”

There were six or seven calls to return that morning. Paige wrote them down in her preferred order, then picked up the paperwork for the house that she had showed on Saturday to the single guy. For a young man, it was the perfect two bedroom starter home which an older couple (who were moving to a senior adult-living community) had occupied for forty years. It was clean and perfectly maintained but very dated. The young man’s name was Charles Green, but the second thing he had said to her after “Hello” was “Call me Charlie!”

Since two bedroom houses were the hardest kind to sell, she typed up the offer undercutting the asking price by $15,000. Charlie Green was kind of a nerdy looking guy who (she would have guessed) had an accounting/tech job. That was exactly what he had! He was about 5’10” and rather average looking (for a nerd.) His brown hair was cut like an executive and he wore dark-rimmed glasses. His clothes were nice enough, dockers and a polo…but “the tell” was that the shirt was tucked in rather tightly. Paige smiled while trying to think of what women she knew would be attracted to him; none came to mind.

But Charlie was first on the list, and on the dot of 9:00am she called him, “Good morning Charlie! This is Paige Turner from Hannigan Realty! How was your weekend?”

“It was terrific! How was yours, Paige?”

“Awesome! I was out with friends last night! But…I just now sent in your offer on that two bedroom cottage; I sent it in for $135,000. I’m thinking you have a great shot at this!”

“I hope you’re right! Like we said on Saturday, it needs a little updating, but I plan on holding it almanbahis for at least five years.”

“Charlie, I didn’t tell you this on Saturday, but my fiance works for a construction company that does remodeling. May I give you his card?”

“Of course, next time I see you would be great!”

“Do you plan on remodeling sooner, rather than later?”

“Sooner…I like to entertain, and those rooms scream ‘old farts’ really loud!”

The redhead laughed at his choice of words, and Paige thought it was especially humorous coming from a nerdy type guy! “I probably will hear something later today; the ‘old farts’ may counter!”

Charlie laughed also, “We’ll see, I want that house badly; the location is perfect, and once the work is done, it’ll be awesome!”

“Okay! I’ll call you when they contact me!” And then, Paige asked the question that changed things; a LOT of things, “What kind of entertaining do you do?” Later, when she thought about it, that question seemed a little strange. But hey, this was how fate worked sometimes.

“Oh you know, partying…millennial stuff. You know what I’m saying, right? I’m guess I’m wondering now who’s older, you or me?”

“Well, I’m not hung up on age like some women; I’m thirty.”

“And I’m twenty-seven; and I could tell right off you weren’t like most women.”

“I’m not? How could you tell that?”

“Several ways, but discussing it right now isn’t possible; I do need to get back to work. Call me as soon as you hear, okay?”

When she hung up the phone, Paige sat back in her chair. “Huh, I wonder what he meant by that? I guess I’ll find out!” She called the next several names on her list setting up a few appointments, and the last name was Virginia Steadman’s.

“Good morning, Virginia, it’s Paige Turner from Hannigan Realty!”

“Good morning, Paige; thank you for remembering to call, but you didn’t remember to call me ‘Ginny!'” she said lightly.

“Yes, my bad! How was your weekend?”

“Wonderful! We were over at the McCullers’ last night; I heard several great things about you! How was your weekend?”

The fact that Ginny Steadman had spent the evening with Sara McCullers was interesting, to say the least! But Paige replied, “Saturday was a huge workday, but Sunday was fun; my fiance and I went out with friends.”

“My husband Jack and I are all about our friends! That’s why we’re calling you.”

“Yes, thank you! I did some research regarding your wish-list in the River Oaks neighborhood, and there are two good possibilities and perhaps a third which is a maybe. Do you have time this week to take a look?”

“I do. Is tomorrow a good day?”

“I have my calendar right in front of me and the morning would work best. Is nine o’clock too early?”

“No, it’s perfect; where shall I meet you?”

Paige gave her the address, “Will your husband be joining us?”

“No, but he works at the State Bank just minutes from that neighborhood. He could get there in less than five if I ask him to come.”

“Great! I’ll see you at 9:00 tomorrow morning!”

“I’m looking forward to it!” Something in the tone of her voice told Paige that Ginny Steadman was totally aware of what went on at Sara’s house on Friday!

She shook that feeling off and spent the next half-hour looking at furniture on-line. There were several bedroom sets that looked fantastic, but the really great ones were over $5,000 and that was not an option. In the end she settled on a style called “Cambridge” which had a good mix of manly-man and feminine features. She bookmarked it for Chad to see later.

Gathering up the things she needed for that afternoon, the redheaded agent headed home to check in and grab a bite to eat. Jamie was sitting at the kitchen table crying. “Oh oh, what do we have here?”

“She thinks this is a restaurant,” said Trudy, “See if you can tell her there isn’t a menu, and there are very few choices. By-the-way, we don’t have any mac-n-cheese in the house!” This was Paige’s fourth try at managing two year old children. It wasn’t getting any easier; Jamie ended up spending five minutes in “time-out!”

“So Paige, work starts in seven days; the only thing I’m wondering is how much of the back yard will be available for the kids to play in?”

“That’s a good question; since you brought it up, I’ll adjust my schedule for the first two weeks and try to be home by 3:00. They may need extra time at the park.”

“Speaking of ‘the park,’ do you think you could get home by 4:30 today? I need to get some grocery shopping done.” Trudy looked at Jamie sitting in the corner, “And buy some macaroni and cheese! If you come over here and eat your sandwich, I’ll buy some today!”

“I think I can,” Paige picked up the sandwich in front of her, “if I leave now it could work.”

She wasn’t even in the car five minutes and her phone rang. It was the other agent for Charlie Green’s cottage countering with an offer of $10,000 less than the asking price! “I know what Mr. Green will do; and we accept! almanbahis giriş Can you fax the paperwork over this afternoon? Right now? Wonderful! I believe I can get his signature tonight and fax it back to you first thing in the morning, okay? Great! We’ll talk soon!”

She was going to go back to the office, but it occurred to her that a drive-by of the houses in River Oaks might come in handy for her appointment with Ginny Steadman. After scouting out the two properties she had in mind, she realized that the second choice might be better than the first, solely because it was closer to the McCullers AND to the bank where Jack Steadman worked. At any rate, she jotted down the talking points and felt very prepared for tomorrow.

Walking into the office, Jimmy looked up and said, “Hey Paige, how’s the day going?”

“Great! Charlie Green made an offer on that cottage on Maplehurst Drive and got it!”

“Oustanding! You’re really on a roll, Cuz! And I think it’s contagious because I have three closings this week, and I’m working on two offers right now!”

“We be a good team!” and she fist-bumped her boss!

Paige went over to the fax machine and picked up the papers; sitting down at her desk, she called Charlie, “Mr. Green…I have good news! Guess what I’m holding in my hand?”

“Oh my God, they accepted the offer?”

“Not quite; I hope you don’t think it presumptuous of me, but when they countered with $140,000, I accepted!”

“Presumptuous is shit!” Charlie said, “This is awesome! I’ll have ten grand extra to spend on my remodel! Good job, Paige!”

“Thank you! Now the only thing left to do today is sign a few things. Hey, Congratulations, Mr. First-Time Homeowner! Can you get over to my office by 4:00 today?”

“Oh crap, no…I really can’t. Is there any time we could meet somewhere later?

Paige thought for a moment. “Uh yes, I’m taking my kids to the playground on Mill and Pleasant. You know where that is?”

“Sure, I’ve been to that park myself a few times.”

“Okay, can you be there by 5:30?”

“I can… see you then!”

Paige picked up the pace and she was ready to head home by 4:00. She double-checked all of Charlie’s paperwork and made it home by 4:15. If she made a list of all the things Jimmy and Jamie enjoyed in life, going to the park with mommy had to be near the top! She got them down the slide a few times and pushed them on the swings for fifteen minutes before they settled down in the sandbox to build some stuff! Paige picked out a bench at the proper angle to watch the kids and the parking lot at the same time.

At 5:25 she spotted Charlie getting out of his car. She stood and when he looked around, she waved! “Hey there, happy camper! You have a little spring in your step today?”

“I have two springs! This is all happening so fast!”

“Well, you wouldn’t be happy if it didn’t, right?”

Charlie chuckled, “No, I guess you’re right! I am so not complaining!”

They spent the next ten minutes signing things and chit-chatting about his plans for remodeling the cottage. Paige said, “Just so you know, my fiance and I are remodeling my house. Did I tell you that before?”

“No, you just said he was in construction.”

The redhead reached into her brief case, drew out one of Chad’s business cards, and handed it to her client. “This is his company.”

“Maxpro, yes. I definitely will give him a call, probably a day or two before the closing date. Do we know when that is?”

“Not yet, I should know for sure by Wednesday.”

“Fantastic!” Charlie stared straight ahead and saw Jimmy and Jamie, “Are those your two kids?”

“Yeah, those are my little munchkins; I have two bigger munchkins at home!”

“What? You have four children?”

“I do, yes; the oldest is twelve.”

“Holy hell, you don’t look like you have four kids!”

Paige laughed, “I get that every once in a while; I always say I have very good genes!”

“I bet! And now you’re getting married again; were you divorced?”

“Yep, my ex lives in Kankakee. The kids don’t see him too much, that’s a lot of the reason why he’s my ‘ex.’ But Chad’s great! He’s nothing like my ex-husband.”

Charlie looked thoughtful, “I’m glad; a woman like you needs to feel confident in her guy!”

Paige looked at him a little askance, “Uh, what exactly does that mean, Charlie?”

He grinned at her, “I can answer that, but first, give me the top five things you love about Chad.”

Paige thought for a moment, “Well, he’s very much aware of who he is, and who I am; we’re good for each other. He’s also smart, hardworking, and kind!”

“That’s four, number five is what?” The redheaded real estate agent studied Charlie’s face; she was undecided how much to say. Charlie’s smile was a knowing one. While she was processing what to say, she noticed that his look turned sly. Before she even decided whether to tell him or not, he said, “And he’s a stud, right?”

Paige’s face blushed redder than her hair! “Uh, I’m thinking almanbahis giriş that’s none of your business.”

“Okay, if I’m wrong, then I’m wrong.” When she blushed even redder, he added, “But like I said, a woman like you!”

“There you go again! What do you mean ‘a woman like me?'”

“Paige, you have to know about the vibrations you give off. Don’t you?”

She thought back to all her conversations with Marie; how she had drawn the same conclusions. Marie was always talking like SHE knew her better than she knew herself! “And how does a single guy know about a woman’s ‘vibrations?'”

“I make it my business to know.”

“Your business?”

“No, that’s not the right word; it’s the way my life is constructed, my lifestyle!”

She leaned back slightly, and took a sideways glance to check on the kids. They were very involved in the fort Jimmy was trying to build. So she leaned back a little more to take a really good look at Charlie. Try as she might, she could not keep a puzzled look off her face. “What IS your lifestyle? Are you seeing someone?”

“In a way, yes.”

“Charlie, you’re a little frustrating; I’m sorry…can you talk in plain English please?”

“Okay, plain English. I have four girlfriends!”

Paige just looked at him open-mouthed. “What? Four girlfriends?”

“Yep, and it’s a pretty good set-up; I don’t see myself changing anything any time soon.”

“And these women, they don’t have a problem with this arrangement?”

“None at all; they’re just as happy about it as I am.”

She shook her head in a kind of disbelieving manner, “Why? Why don’t they see a problem?”

“Plain English, they give off the same vibe you do!”

“Here we go again,” she put one hand on her forehead, “what vibe is this?”

Charlie chuckled, “I don’t mean any disrespect to you; I can tell you’re a terrific person!” he hesitated, “but…I can also tell a sexual ‘freak’ when I meet one!”

“A familiar erotic shudder rippled through Paige’s small body; this one felt like a tsunami! She knew she was blushing, she also knew her eyes were giving her away. “I…Uhh…See…I…”

He laughed, “Paige, it’s okay, you don’t have to explain anything. I felt it from you the day we met. You’re a sexual explosion looking for a place to blow up!”

Paige checked the kids again, but she spoke to him, “How the hell do you know that?”

“I’m not going to go into that right now; if I’m wrong, just tell me.”

She lowered her eyes, “I can’t…I…Uhh…I guess you’re not wrong.”

“There, that wasn’t so bad was it? You spoke before about being ‘self-aware.’ I’m very self-aware myself!” The puzzled look was creeping back into her face again, and Charlie noticed. “Yeah, I see that look; you’re thinking how does THIS guy know this? How does THIS guy have four happy girlfriends? The only answer I can give you is, I have confidence in myself.

“And what is it you have that makes you this confident?”

“Well it’s like this, sexy lady; as you said about Chad, I’m self-aware, I’m smart, I’m kind, and I would add considerate.”

Paige sat there watching the kids and thinking, “Oh my God, that’s four,” she turned to Charlie, “What’s number fi…” She stopped before saying the word “five.” He was sitting there, his eyes were sharp and clear, and he was smiling big and nodding. “Ohhh myyyy Goddddd! Are you telling me, that you’re a stud in bed?”

His face squinched up into a non-verbal yes. “How else can one guy keep four women happy?”

“I’m only thirty, but most men only think they’re God’s gift, what makes you different?”

“Two things, I’m considerate and…” he paused here for the dramatic effect, “I have what might be the biggest cock in town; it’s not only big, it can go all night long!”

That erotic shudder starting in her center went waving through her whole body again! “Holy shit! Seriously?”

“Yes, seriously…and just to be clear, when I say I’m considerate, a woman’s pleasure is MY BUSINESS!”

Paige burst out laughing, “This conversation seems like the setup for a porno movie to me!”

That comment made Charlie laugh too, “Yeah, I can see why you said that, the only difference is…a lot of porn is staged, with a cast, a director, cameras…all that shit! My ladies and I, it’s real…and it’s awesome, and they can’t get enough! And I have a blast giving them what they want!”

She shuddered again! Charlie was really getting to her, and Paige didn’t know what to do. She knew that time was a factor; looking at her watch they needed to be home in fifteen minutes, BUT! She looked up at him again. Charlie was JUST an average looking nerd-guy. His body wasn’t special; not scrawny, but from what she could tell, his muscles weren’t well defined. In her mind she was thinking, “How could that body support the biggest cock in town? Was he lying?”

Paige’s curiosity got the better of her. This whole conversation was too much; but she HAD to find out the truth. Standing up she said, “I’m not saying I don’t believe you, Charlie, but if you don’t mind, I wouldn’t mind seeing a little proof.”

“That’s not a problem, although in the middle of a city park is not the best place for proving anything.”

“No, certainly not! Can you meet me at my office in twenty minutes?”
